I’m honored for you to consider working 1:1 with me. Pricing is $125 per 50-55 minute session, 3 session minimum investment for new clients.

Within this container I will take you through a process designed from years of research, training, and experiential learning. You will be creating new pathways, rewiring deep imprints, perhaps from your earliest life experiences. This work involves mind, body, and soul. It is not easy. You have to want it bad enough to show up every day and make little shifts. To walk through the fire of change. To take one step forward and two steps back knowing there are quantum leaps in store for those who stay the course. I’m here for you with framework, tools, attunement, and to challenge you when needed. But above all, you have to show up for yourself, as your own Heroine, fiercely with compassion. That’s the truth. So, the container is available for those ready to step into it, learn, and practice. And having done this work myself, I can tell you it is life changing and worth every drop you put in.

I’m limiting these slots so I can devote the most time to creating no to low cost and sliding scale priced courses and group experiences. My mission is to make healing from complex and early developmental trauma accessible for all. If the Heroine’s Compass Container is a HELL YES for you, I can’t wait to hear from you.
