Let me tell you about a little book I wrote…

Years ago, exploring the topics of high sensitivity and empaths helped me realize 1) there really was nothing “wrong” with me and 2) I wasn’t alone in my struggles.

This type of wiring is linked to early shock and trauma, yet I believe for many of us, there’s more to it. As we heal our wounds and find inner stability, our unique abilities don’t go away, but the overwhelm does. When we unravel fears and triggers rooted in the past, we begin to discover the depth of what we are truly capable of.

I wrote this before my professional training in Somatic Therapy, so I wrote it as my funny, nerdy HSP self, not as a professional. I also had about 1000 layers of awakening since! But it is a solid, well researched book for those beginning their discovery process. You’ll learn about setting boundaries, protecting yourself from toxic relationships, and beginning to build a gentle but powerful inner strength that is the birthright of every empath.
